Santosh is an MBA graduate from University of Wales with 12+ years of experience in business and financial consulting including significant experience in hydro power, transport and capital markets. He has worked on 24+ projects for both Nepali and foreign investors/developers, performing financial and economic research, feasibility studies, capital raising, negotiation, due diligence, and more.

Pramesh has held positions as Province Head - Bagmati Region, Senior Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking and Project & Infrastructure Financing, Credit Risk Officer, Treasury Dealer, Finance Officer and other Operations Department. Mr. Pradhan has over 14 years of experience in the Nepalese Banking sector, having earned his MBA from Ace Institute of Management.

Ms. Aashma Mainali brings a wealth of expertise in Corporate and Commercial Law. As a Licensed Advocate of Nepal, she has approximately 6 years of experience, having contributed her legal acumen to prestigious commercial law firms in Nepal. Ms. Mainali has also played a pivotal role as a Legal Consultant for a remittance company in Nepal, showcasing her proficiency in client interactions, contract drafting, and negotiation. Her comprehensive skill set extends to Intellectual Property, Franchising, and Brand Protection. Notably, she holds a postgraduate degree, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law, from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom.

Sworup worked as a Financial Consultant at Invest and Infra and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) Final candidate with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Having earned his Undergraduate in Accounts and Finance from IGNOU, Delhi, Sworup has considerable experience as an Advisor to several firms internationally in the fields of finance, taxation and financial reporting standards.

Barsha is a Chartered Accountant (CA) Final Candidate with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has earned her Bachelors’ Degree in Accounts and Finance from IGNOU, Delhi. She has extensive experience in the Field of direct and indirect taxation and has performed tax audits for various large companies in India.

Sumit Bhattarai looks after accounts and is also the office administrator at Aadhyanta. Previously he worked at Invest and Infra Pvt Ltd as Accountant and Admin Head. His experiences also involves working as Counselor at Global Job and as an Accountant at Jayabageswori Communication.

Anushka is a detail-oriented junior analyst with a strong track record in donor-funded investment projects. With prior experience as a Finance Intern at Nabil Bank Limited, She currently holds a BBA in Finance with honours from Kathmandu University School of Management.
